Overall my experience was fair to good. Felt we were left without any reason far too long. After I went and said something to the sales manager was something done. We had a 11:00 am appointment but I let Kelly know we were coming early and he told me come on and we can get us done early. We arrived at 9:00 am and we didn't leave the dealership until after 2:00. Rob and kaetlyn at the pro elite center did a fantastic job and my truck drives better than emit ever has. Must have been loose suspension parts and I needed a warranty replacement part.
