Willing to work with me on price and did the actual repair work in a timely manner. However, felt like communication was not great at times. Would be told I’d receive a call the following morning but w repair work in a timely manner. However, felt like communication was not great at times. Would be told I’d receive a call the following morning but would only hear from Ford once I called them myself in the afternoon. Felt like I had to chase updates. Also, my part was on back order and I called fairly often for updates on the part and was told it was on back order each day until one day I called and was told the part was on back order still but they ask for an eta, only to find out they found three of the part I needed. I’m glad I kept bugging them because if I hadn’t they might not have realized they already had the part for several more days. More
