This was my first real service visit since buying my new Honda Odyssey. I was impressed they did a full courtesy check to make sure everything was wearing as expected. Got a routine oil change, which should include the rotation. We discovered that the first 2, the rotating wasn't done. When we took in this time we reminded them to rotate the tires. In which they let us know the tread on the front 2 was way less than the back two. Sure to them neglecting to rotate them previously. Of course it's not their fault... Sick of going in and trying to get upsaled every time we are there. Wouldn't go back if it weren't for the prepaid maintenance plan we purchased. More
