I came to the service center with a problem with my brakes. First of all, I am an idiot when it comes to car stuff: I do not have experience with successful car repairs, and I don't know a whole lot a brakes. But Devin did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done in order to repair the brakes. He helped me understand what was wrong, and helped me feel better about the service that needed to be done to fix the problem. Devin was the reason my experience went from something that had the potential to being bad to being a good experience. More
It was great to have Christie meet with me at the dealership. I have had poor experiences with service staff at other LHM dealerships- where on two separate service calls I wasn't believed about the dealership. Having a female as a contact gives women a contact where they feel they will be listened to, not talked down to, and not taken for a ride because they don't know cars as well a majority of the time. I live in Lehi so coming up to Sandi is a little out of the way, but I've always felt it was worth the drive for the friendly and quick service. I have bought my last four cars from Stockton-to-Malone, and you have every chance to sell my next car to me. Christie bends over backwards to make sure any issues with my Pilot are taken care of, and getting a service appointment is never a problem. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and am recognized by three of the different service department people and feel like we have a good relationship with each other. They all go out of their way to listen to my concerns and to get me the best possible pricing. I also know and enjoy 3 of the shuttle drivers the last one being Tony. I have even been surprised by a couple of car washes at the completion of my service which was a very nice suprise. More
2 weeks after buying our F350 we had mechanical trouble - on our way out of town, on a holiday weekend, for a family vacation. We contacted the dealership, had the truck towed in and the promise of a rental on our way out of town, on a holiday weekend, for a family vacation. Approx. 2.5 weeks later we picked up the truck after the repairs, hooked up the camper and took the truck for a test drive. The truck started overheating when we would reach a hill (i.e. I15 at point of the mountain). Returned it to the dealership and had it back within a day. Through all of this we have been treated with courtesy and everyone has been very responsive. It's a situation that could have created a feeling tension or defensiveness, but did not. At no time did we feel a lack of support or lack of concern for the situation we were in. More

The Service Adviser that provided exemplary customer service was a young woman with dark hair and an enthusiastic, outgoing work, so I checked N/A. She dealt quickly and effectively with the only complaint I had (minor irritation at not being able to connect my iPad to your wi-fi network) by getting another employee (from where I don't know) who was very knowledgeable about Apple devices and had me connected in a few seconds. Both of them have exactly the kind of personality that makes for superior customer service. I'm sorry I don't know their names and I didn't see either of them around when I left, so couldn't thank them personally. I chose to bring my wife's CR-V to S2M Honda because I was very impressed with the Service Dept manager who spoke at the new owner briefings I attended when I bought a new Fit a few months ago (I attended twice because the chicken and brownies were great!). At this point I am certain we will be bringing both cars to you for service. More
About 15 days after purchase I noticed that my used 2003 Odyssey wipers would not run continusely. I feel I got a California spiff job to pass safety. I took it to my mechanic to find the real cause. He indicated that it was extreamly unlikely it was working in the last month. The service department wanted $95.00 for a diagnostic since my machnic wasn't Honda certified. It took me an hour and 5 people to get them to cover it for no charge and to replace the motor as covered under my warranty. The service manager said it would be done by about 5pm. Since I hadn't heard anything from them and they closed at 5pm I called at 4:30 and was told it would take an extra day. When I indicated that I was told 5pm and it would have been nice to recieve a call letting me know the time would be longer, the lady told me the service manager had said hopefully it will be done about 5, but he was thinking it would be longer. So aparently I was to read his mind and know it would take 2 days. When I told her that for the future it would be nice to make sure the customer understood the time frame and a update call would be nice, she got sarcastic and said "Thanks, I'll put that in my notes." The customer interface is terrible. I was given the run-around, and the only reason I was taken care of was I refused to take no for an answer. The people were rude, and cared nothing for the customer experiance. I plan on taking it to my machnic after to ensure the work was done and done correctly. Also I would not buy a car from them again. More
The service has been the worst I have ever experienced. They never call back, or give you any status on your car.
