I had a service scheduled for a recall at 9:30. I arrived at 9:25. I was told the day before not to be late and the service should take about 45 minutes. She never came back to her desk so I returned to the waiting room. After about 10 minutes I saw a mechanic come out and take my vehicle to the shop. The repair only took 20 minutes.
