Lexus Recall I came into the service area and I was met by Everett. He was very polite and was concerned. He told me about how long the procedure would take and h I came into the service area and I was met by Everett. He was very polite and was concerned. He told me about how long the procedure would take and helped me to grab something to eat or drink while I was waiting. While I was there I picked up some wiper blade refills which I was going to put on the car myself. Everett returned my car and everything was clean everything was in order. It was raining outside. He saw the wiper refills in my hand and before I left the dealership he said let me pull your car in out of the rain and he proceeded to install them for me before I left. It took him all of two minutes to do it. He was the best service man I’ve ever encountered and I would go back to this Lexus anytime I needed something done. More

I have been servicing my car with them for years and would not go anywhere else. They are a little more than my mechanic but it’s Lexus reliable for me. Aggrevating Hi arrived at Atlantic Lexus for my 5k service expecting the same level of service that I had previously received at Smithtown. Unfortunately, this wa Hi arrived at Atlantic Lexus for my 5k service expecting the same level of service that I had previously received at Smithtown. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. I arrived at 9:30 and was told my car would be done in about an hour. At 10:36 I received a text message thanking me for dropping my car off and letting me know that I would receive a text message letting me know the status. Thanks, I guess? This should have been a message letting me know that my car was done. At 11:05, I inquired about my car. NO ONE came to update me or check on me to let me know that it would be a little longer than expected. Good thing I decided to ask only to find out my car was in line for a car wash. I had already been there 45 minutes longer than promised so I wanted to leave. My car now smells like burning plastic and there is a grinding sound when I reverse out of parking spots. I understand that it was a busy day, but you should take a lesson in customer service. from Smithtown. Additionally, i NEVER signed anything. I was NEVER told what was being done on my car. They just gave me my car back and sent me on my not so merry way. More

All dealers are expensive but Tim Keehner of Atlantic LEXUS. I liked Tim’s service professionalism. He helped to reduce maintenance cost with discounts I was not aware of - bravo.
