Great Experience This was my first time going in for service on my IS 300, I was due for my 5,000 mile oil change. I was pulled into the garage and was greeted right This was my first time going in for service on my IS 300, I was due for my 5,000 mile oil change. I was pulled into the garage and was greeted right away by Patrick Lerouzic, who was very friendly! I checked in and then was told about the bagels and coffee I could help myself to while I wait. Too bad I had breakfast already. I was there a little over an hour, which you get to wait in a really nice and spacious waiting area that was newly done with a fireplace, big comfy chairs and a television. When my car was done, I signed for it and was then told to grab a sandwich that was just delivered and a fresh baked cookie. These little perks are nice touches to the dealership! The staff was very pleasant to deal with! More
