Issues and no communicaton I have had my car serviced there several times for door locks, not my front passenger which they replaced a year a ago is not working and due to the c I have had my car serviced there several times for door locks, not my front passenger which they replaced a year a ago is not working and due to the cold weather the driver side is not working. This is a defect especially if I have had the other three doors serviced for the same issue. My wife has called on my behalf, every time they are ordering the part but seems to never to be delivered. The manager has been notified and still no on has reached out to me, several months and still no replacement! More

Bulb replace in 2014 Es350 The service was great. However, not really sure why the bulb was blown. Could have been mistakenly loosen during last service. Service Literally had the worst service experience of my life with Atlantic Lexus. Brought my vehicle in to have the alternator changed and it took them 2 w Literally had the worst service experience of my life with Atlantic Lexus. Brought my vehicle in to have the alternator changed and it took them 2 weeks to do it. The second I pick the vehicle up my radio just suddenly does not work. They played all nice and told me to bring it back in and they will look at it, so I had my wife drop it off the next day. They tell me the amp is bad and since it came in working they would “do the right thing”. I don’t hear from them for another 2 weeks only to get a phone call from Patrick to tell me that it actually isn’t the amp and that the radio needs to be replaced and it’s going to cost me $890 and they won’t cover it. I went in there and let my frustrations be known to the service manager dan and when I asked them if they thought any of the service they gave me was acceptable they had nothing to say. Instead he walked over with some “technician” who proceeded to try to tell me that it was just a coincidence and that I have no idea what I’m talking about. Horrible customer service from a so called high end dealer who should care about their customers and their vehicles but instead they try and scam you and place blame on you. They are totally unprofessional and have completely incompetent service all the way around from the technicians, to the service reps and all the way to the service manager. More
