I just moved here from Naples Fl, and I haven't had to go to service for any kind of work since my move last year. I live in Freeport and my closet dealer is Rockville Centre. I went to the dealership and explained that I just moved here last year and I acquired my new iPhone 4s today. When I entered the dealership I asked for service and no one seemed to want to help me since I wasn't looking to buy a car and just wanted my phone programed. When I was finally was directed to service, a service tech told me to go to the sales dept and they would help my program my phone. I walked back to sales and the sales mgr told me to go to AT&T. I was driving to AT&T at Sunrise Mall when I passing Lexus of Massapequa. As I was walking in I met Steven Petito in the parking lot and asked him who I should speak with regarding my phone about programing it. He said he would be able to help me. We walked back to my car and he programed my iPhone and my contacts. Steven also owned an iPhone and proceeded to show me things about the car and my phone that I wasn't even aware about when I bought my car in Florida. He also programed the blue-tooth audio to my iPhone and also told me that I could use Pandora as an app on my phone thru the blue-tooth audio option. This was very cool since I love my Pandora app. The last thing that Steven did was he noticed that my oil light was on in my car and asked if I used my 1st free oil change. I explained to him that I just bought this car last year and I just moved here and had never had any services on my car yet. He walked me back inside and called a very nice gentlemen in service named Evert and setup an appointment for me to get my oil changed and it was free. I wasn't even aware that my first service was free. As long as I live here in NY Lexus of Masspaequa will always have me as a client from here on out...thank you Steven and Evert! You guys are the best!!!! More
This dealer sold me a CPO is250 that is a piece of crap. The cpo inspection clearly shows all things needing repair and it was sold to me only they hadn't repaired anything. They didn't even wash the car before I picked it up. The dealer lied to me and told me I had to buy an extended warranty or they could not get a bank to finance me. It was sold to me with the incorrect type and brand of tire, the alignment and camber toe were not in correct operating condition. I bought the car in the end of November and it had bald summer tires on it. Lexus of Massapequa has the worst sales and service I have ever seen, and I'm in the automobile business. Oh and after spending $5700 on cpo and extended warranties they don't even want to fix the car. I have had my amp replaced twice bc it somehow blew out while they were doing an oil change and inspection? Then let me pick it up without even telling me I had no sound in the car. And after all this and more Lexus of Massapequa and Lexus Corp couldn't care less! Thanks for nothing Lexus of Massapequa! More

At last service approx. 64,000 miles, I was informed by service that I needed approx. $3,000 worth of service. All fluids needed to be changed, transmission, power steering, brake, axle, coolant, etc..., they were either dirty or burnt? Tires needed changing, front brakes, alignment, on and on...... . I discussed, not argued this with service rep. and questioned how could a certified auto with only 20,000 miles since delivery need all this work? I was told that these services were only recommended and not required. I told him that I believe if the car was properly certified with all the checks that they were to have done before delivery that these services would not be necessary with the low mileage I put on the car. HE HAD NO REPLY. I understand tires, brakes etc wear out and need replacement, but for all fluid needing replacement is questionable. I have owned other certified Lexus vehicles from another dealer and never experienced this before. I will be looking for another service center. More
Very difficult getting help ( only had problems with the home link part-- not being able to set up the link to the garage door operation ) but took 5 phonecalls to schedule a home appointment with the appro home link part-- not being able to set up the link to the garage door operation ) but took 5 phonecalls to schedule a home appointment with the appropriate service people.
