I worked with Kimberly, not Dan. I give her 5 stars. I decided to wait outside, as the mask policy was not being enforced. There was even a female employee who walked through the area to put something in decided to wait outside, as the mask policy was not being enforced. There was even a female employee who walked through the area to put something in the refrigerator wearing no mask at all. I did say something to her. A number of guests had masks below their noses and some below mouths as well. I told Kimberly that I was going to be outside and she brought me a chair and even wiped it down. Over and above!!! I am always happy with the service center but lack of mask enforcement was disappointing, so only 3 stars this time. More
