The rep oversold me on products and services after telling him car was leased. Felt ripped off. Sold me expensive brake pads double of non dealers and tried to sell me tires. I only have 8 months lef telling him car was leased. Felt ripped off. Sold me expensive brake pads double of non dealers and tried to sell me tires. I only have 8 months left on my lease. Used scare tactic of how dangerous the vehicle was. Told me I had the perfect storm. When I confronted him he refused to accommodate my requests. So a routine service turned into a $1,500 cost for maintenance and brake pads. Not happy. More
