1st oil change, and well taken care of! Well, after my 1st long road trip to New Orleans, I was ready for my 1st oil change. Not knowing that the Subaru Crosstrek came with synthetic oil, I Well, after my 1st long road trip to New Orleans, I was ready for my 1st oil change. Not knowing that the Subaru Crosstrek came with synthetic oil, I was a little early for the oil change. My Service Manager Troy Callahan, told me that they could do it early. Troy also had the tires rotated while I was there. I feel like Troy works for me. As I sat in the waiting area, I could see that all of the people with me were happy. It is a sense that our car would be well taken care of. I do not mind driving 110 miles round trip, to have my mind at peace knowing that my car was treated like it was their car. Oh, and the bathrooms are clean!!!!! More

They had a childs play area for our toddler and did everything possible to accommodate me while she shopped. The price was very fair the trade in value fair. If they stocked trucks I would buy from them for now on. Cannon definitely impressed me with there approach of how a vehicle purchase should be. The competition should mimic them so I would not have to go to Tampa any more. More

I though that is a big plus on the service in of the deal John the service manager was very courteous and very helpful also I will be baxk to get my service done there. I pretty much know what I wanted from the start, but was looking to understand how much lease I could get for my money. Orlando sat with my and went though all options within the parameters I specified. Eventually, he asked how much a was comfortable spending each month, knowing that meant he's come back with a deal that was ~$20 dollars more. Orlando helped me get into a least of a 2015 XV Crosstrek limited, with everything I wanted, nothing I didn't want for $40 less than I had expected too spend. I found the folks at Cannon Subaru to be professional and courteous.. I expect to be back when it's time for my ne4xt lease or purchase. More
