I have bought 4 used cars myself and been with someone when they bought a new car. I remember each endeavor explicitly. I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have had at a dealership. I'm not sure what has changed in the last 3 years since I was involved in a purchase of a car, but I like the new attitude that is going around. I went to 4 dealerships before ending at this one. I went to one other Subaru dealership before arriving to this one. The service here was phenomenal. I like to do my own thing and not swamped and forced or pushed into something. When I got out of the car a woman was walking inside and asked if I had been helped yet, if I wanted someone to help, and was very nice about the whole thing. Mike Tarantola came out and introduced himself. He asked me if I knew what I was looking for. I did know and he looked at what was in stock and had the perfect vehicle. We went for a test drive. He was very familiar with the vehicle. Knew all the features. Went on a thorough test drive, not just making 4 right hand turns and then "ok, ready to buy?" I at no point felt pressured by anyone for anything. That statement includes when I went back and worked with Julio the finance manager. He explained everything effectively. He didn't try to push anything on me. If I wanted something, great! If I didn't want something, great! It went smoothly and was probably the quickest and easiest time we ever spent with a finance manager. Overall it was a nice experience. Everyone that worked there seemed to work together great. We didn't have to spend 8 hours there talking to several people and jumping through multiple hoops to buy a car (yes this really happened to me at another dealership). Julio was fantastic. Mike was fantastic. The dealership? You got it, fantastic. I look forward to experiencing their service department as I plan to own this vehicle for many years. More
