I thought this was going to be a bad experience but was surprised by the service. About 4 years ago, I went to this Subaru because my wrx engine was stuttering. The service department said I needed a new surprised by the service. About 4 years ago, I went to this Subaru because my wrx engine was stuttering. The service department said I needed a new engine. $10k later, the new engine still had the same problem. It turned out to be a faulty spark plug wire. That's when I lost my trust in the service department. This time, I went in and thet told me I had several bad sensors. I checked the sensors myself and thought they were OK. I confronted the service department and they assured me that it was the sensors. I did not believe them. I left not knowing what I was going to do, but then the service manager called me several minutes after I left the dealership and told me to bring it back. . I was not clear what was going to happen. It turns out they were right. They fixed my problemb and now my wife's Forester is working as it should. I really appreciate the manager going out of his way and reaching out to me to help. That's what matter to me the most. More
