I brought the vehicle in for an oil leak and was going to stay at the dealership for the appt. However, when it was discovered the repair was going to go into the next day, I was offered a loaner and sent h stay at the dealership for the appt. The service was great overall. It was hard to get updates while service was going on. We were at the service center for several hours. We had to go hunt folks down to get updates.
