Complete lack of communication. Drove 45 minutes to the dealer and ended up turned away despite having an appointment. Was told they would make an initial diagnosis and then decide if I get a loaner based on work needed. Turned out I would have to leave the car overnight just for the diagnosis, and hence no loaner. Waste of time. From out of town. If I lived here, service would be a deal breaker to buy from these guys. More

As always Subaru Naples gave us excellent service. Our car's battery was dead and Subaru sent a truck to tow the car and take it to the dealership. The next day our car was ready with a new battery an Our car's battery was dead and Subaru sent a truck to tow the car and take it to the dealership. The next day our car was ready with a new battery and the exterior washed. Luckily all was covered by the warranty. We trust Subaru service department when having to replace parts or just regular Maintenance on our vehicle. They are the best! More
