The only person I dealt with was Jason. I was told that the tech (name was not given to me) recommended a new transmission, and that the only thing I owed was $59.95 diagnostic for the tec I was told that the tech (name was not given to me) recommended a new transmission, and that the only thing I owed was $59.95 diagnostic for the tech's time in diagnosing my concern. I picked up the car but still wanted,and requested a quote on a new transmission. I requested this in a text message. prior to picking up the car, and in person, last Friday. I still have not received a quote. Additionally, I will be contacting service manager regarding a warranty extension that I may be entitled to. More
