Anthony C. did a patient and good explanation of the newer GM cost plans now in effect, which I hadn't known about. Seeing how super busy the service area is, hopefully the dealership will be able to hire more service associates and GM mechanics to help expedite clients' services. I walked up to the dealership and Brad actually ended up opening the door for me and asking if I needed help as he was about to go to the lot. He stopped what he was doing and helped me right away. My 2013 Buick Regal GS had a knock/clunk from the front suspension. CarFix on Rochester Rd said my right front strut was bad, but it sounded like the front stabilizer bar links to me. Well I have been taki suspension. CarFix on Rochester Rd said my right front strut was bad, but it sounded like the front stabilizer bar links to me. Well I have been taking my GM cars to Somerset, now Suburban Buick/GMC, for about 10 years and they have always fixed my car problems correctly. The technician at Suburban Buick/GMC said the front stabilizer bar links were loose, replaced them and my car was ready for me the next day. Thanks again Suburban for an excellent Service Department! More

We had been told several times the car had been detailed but when we got in it was dirty, including hairy French fries on the floor. We agreed that the least they could do is reimburse us for it being detailed later, as I had a tight timeline that was clearly communicated and was told would be no problem. Three weeks and several messages after sending them the receipt Scott finally responded saying they could give me a small fraction of what was promised. Nothing but lies and letdowns from Suburban GMC of Troy, and I’m now out the money. Attaching screenshots of them saying they’d reimburse. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Plenty of other dealerships out there. More
