Great experience I had been without a car for a year and had been to countless dealers who just gave me the run around. I called Suburban Ford and spoke with Aaron , H I had been without a car for a year and had been to countless dealers who just gave me the run around. I called Suburban Ford and spoke with Aaron , He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I met with him on Sat and he kept me in the loop on what was going on ,and answered all my questions and phone calls which were a lot and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He is a very nice person and help me get into a car when no else could. When I got the dearlership to get my car everything was ready for me , there was no useless waiting like other places. Getting a Lease from Suburban Ford I turned in my old car and they gave me credit on it. I used it toward a Lease on Taurus. Its an awesome car! The sales person John Russo (18 and Van dyke)was very patient with me and walked me through all the features of the car. Did you know this car remembers your last settings and will turn them on with your automatic start. Yep, I had a warm tush on freezing cold days. Can't wait to see how fun it will be in the summer!
