Nothing was ever brought to my attention from service group. My vehicle no has 76,600+ miles. I called to ask about lack of service and left my number and concerns. Noone returned my call. When I purchase my 2025 Buick Enclave Avenir, I was forced to purchase the Sullivan App. If I didn't purchase the app, there was not sale. The app was supposed to add an extra layer of security onto th forced to purchase the Sullivan App. If I didn't purchase the app, there was not sale. The app was supposed to add an extra layer of security onto the already installed security features of the vehicle. I drove 4.5 hours from where I live to purchase this vehicle because it was had the features and color I wanted. In addition to OnStar, Buick has built in excellent security features - this app, which I don't know how to use was an EXPENSIVE ($2,500) purchase I didn't need or want!!!! Customers should not be coerced into purchasing additional items that are not part of the vehicle. In addition, I was promised a set of Buick all weather mats, but the color needed was not in stock. I was told they would send them out to me. The parts department notified me they were in but were not aware they needed to be shipped to me. My calls regarding the mats to the sales people who I worked with, Cameryn Minger and Amanda Schafer, have not been answered. I've been ghosted. Additionally, they told me that because I live 4.5 hours away, it would be best to schedule my first oil change with a dealership in my area. I have been a Buick owner for many, many years, and I have never been treated like this at the other dealerships I've worked with. If I could give Sullivan's a zero rating, I would. Note: I did not purchase a GMC, I purchased a Buick. The survey would not allow me to switch to Buick. More
