Very pushy and outspoken salesman. We were just out looking for a new truck and he wanted our truck that we were trading in like right now, and would not back down. We decided to buy the truck and have some accessories put on it, said it was going to be done on a certain day and it wasn't. He said it was back and getting detailed and we told him to call as soon as it was ready. He did not call, he text me a picture of the truck, and when we went to pick up the truck I told him I was pissed and he handed the rest of the sale off to someone else so he didn't have to deal with us. The truck was not detailed, there was mud in the bed of the truck and none of the windows were washed. We took it home and washed the windows and my rag was filthy black. Not happy with that at all. Will not do business with Sullivan's ever again except to get our free oil changes. More

Fast and efficient service. I arrived early for my service appointment, and in short order the service order was prepared, and my vehicle was taken in-it was for a simple servi I arrived early for my service appointment, and in short order the service order was prepared, and my vehicle was taken in-it was for a simple service of oil and filter change.
