I have been taking my 2012 Enclave here for service since 2012. Normally I leave my vehicle for service and this visit was no different. While the service performed this visit was good, this visit took a wee 2012. Normally I leave my vehicle for service and this visit was no different. While the service performed this visit was good, this visit took a week to complete. Normally this service take a couple of days at most. I was told there was a mechanic shortage during this visit. I hope this improves in the future. More

I was charged $245 for a simple diagnostic, and was told I would need a $4000 repair. When I got there, the claim showed the repair would cost $1000 (similar to online prices), and Craig panicked and said t I would need a $4000 repair. When taken elsewhere, the immediate quote was a maximum of $2000, half the price at GMC. More
