We have specific equipment, model and color choices. He found a perfectly equipped 2016 Explorer LTD 2WD; he provided an accepted ePrice and did an excellent job with vehicle delivery. He explained and demonstrated all of the equipment many features very well and made my wife feel comfortable with there purchase. Straightforward Car Buying Experience, Great Staff! ASK FOR ELVIS!!!! While I think everyone can agree that car buying is never really a "fun" experience, I found my time with Summerville Ford to be ASK FOR ELVIS!!!! While I think everyone can agree that car buying is never really a "fun" experience, I found my time with Summerville Ford to be FANTASTIC compared to the other dealerships I have encountered. The reason car buying isn't fun, is because there are two parties who are both looking for a deal and there has to be a compromise somewhere in-between. Most often, the buyer thinks they are going to talk a dealer down to 50% of list price ... wrong attitude to start with... Additionally, the usual car sales person wants to make it a dramatic process to confuse and disorient you. The difference is that Elvis made this experience great by being straightforward and honest through ever step of the way. He didn't use the typical tactics that other folks will try - the "gotcha" with a car that is outside your budget, the reverse psychology, and the endless back and forth with "the guy who makes the call" - none of that. Elvis took me right to the cars in my price point, asked me what I was looking for, and took me out for a spin. He was incredibly respectful and made the process transparent. He stuck around and was able to get me a GREAT deal on a car that fit what I was looking for. People tend to want what they can't have and get very upset over the price differential - I think if you're honest with yourself up front about what you can actually afford and what kind of cuts a dealership will and can actually take, you'll find it to be more enjoyable. The back of house staff were very kind, especially Eugene in Finance. People were polite and even gracious enough to let our four-legged friend join in the process for paperwork and the final test drive. I'm looking forward to coming back and updating as my relationship with Summerville Ford continues. I'm especially glad to have Elvis to go back to for help in my journey, and look forward to buying another car from him when we are ready. See you in 3,000 miles! M.Taylor More

We bought the car day after. Brian and other staff members were very helpful in getting the price within our budget. No pressure, no pushiness, no hassles. Just an overall excellent experience.
