I bought a vehicle from there recently it was a BMW M340i with one owner super clean everything seemed fine till once i got the vehicle i instantly took it to a BMW dealership to get a Multi- point inspectio with one owner super clean everything seemed fine till once i got the vehicle i instantly took it to a BMW dealership to get a Multi- point inspections after being told it was already inspected everything was good no issues the first thing i seen when i received the car was battery was low then a day after noticed it not blowing hot air for the driver side ends up need a HVAC new motor driver side flap was completely broken off and needs a new auxiliary battery with all the labor for those parts and misc. it cost $7000+ and i contacted them the sales person who sold me the vehicle about it said they'd let me know tomorrow on the issue i got never contacted me back been calling reaching out and getting completely ignored on a non disclosed issue that cost a lot of money good thing there's consumer protection so hopefully they read this and see if we can fix the issue soon before i have to more forward and give myself a headache to get this car taken of because I'm not going to be paying for it, its wrong and needs to be fixed I'm tired of being ignored I've waited two weeks on this issue.
