This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership rather than in a private sale, and I am glad to say that this was a very good experience. Buying a car is always at least somewhat stressf dealership rather than in a private sale, and I am glad to say that this was a very good experience. Buying a car is always at least somewhat stressful, but the team at Sunrise Toyota North treated me very well and made it pleasant. I first spoke with Ralston, the most experienced on the sales team. From the very start and through to the end, Ralston was welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable - and that was all even before I had decided to purchase the vehicle. Once I had decided, Ralston explained the process to me clearly and thoughtfully, and he took care of my DMV paperwork and plate transfer while I was brought elsewhere. I then spoke with Michael in the financing office. He was clear and forthright in explaining the process and was patient through my many questions. I appreciated his willingness to take the time to explain what I did not recognize or understand right away, and his allowing me the time to read everything along the way. Later on, I spoke with Alan in the insurance office. He called my insurance company to initiate the policy transfer and receive the necessary paperwork. I was witness to this since I had to verbally authorize the insurance policy change. This all took under fifteen minutes. When all was said and done, Ralston was kind enough to give me a thorough orientation of all the vehicle's features and how he himself likes to arrange things - since it turned out he owned three of the same model vehicle! In all, this was a very positive experience. I recommend Sunrise Toyota North, and I recommend working with Ralston, Michael, and Alan. Whenever the day may come when I need another vehicle, I will look to work with this team again. Thank you! More

Seriously upgraded the Dad car today after falling in love with the new Land Cruiser. George had very transparent numbers for me within minutes thanks to teamwork with his manager Greg. The finance office was an equally smooth and pleasant atmosphere where Michael explained the terms of our deal and the warranty options available to us. Unfortunately my ride home was only about 7 miles so my seat time has been limited but I’m extremely happy with the sales process and even happier with my new toy. I can’t wait to take the family on some road trips in our new Land Cruiser, these Java seats are hotter than my espresso. Thank you Greg, George, and Michael! We’ll be back for sure. More
