This is now my third vehicle working with Ralston Dunn at Sunrise Toyota North, and once again, he delivered an outstanding experience. Ralston is knowledgeable, patient, and never applies pressure. For months leading up to my purchase, he kept me informed about RAV4 availability and upcoming inventory. As soon as new models arrived, he called me so I could get a first look. He kept his word. He showed me the 2026 Woodland, but knew I had my heart set on the all-black XSE — and made it happen smoothly. Great experience buying a new minivan. I heard Sienna's were hard to buy new and take a long time. We started shopping on Monday, Labor Day and drove it home on Friday, 9/12/25. I could've had it earlier but had to delay until Friday since that suited my schedule. My prior car buying experience was it takes too many painful hours with sales and finance. But happy to say this wasn't the case with Sunrise Toyota North. We spent a couple of hours sharing with Ralston Dunn what we wanted in a minivan (including our budget). Then, we left it up to him to find exactly what we asked for. Ralston was honest, thorough and spent time to show us all functions of the Sienna. Michael at Finance was amazing too. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership rather than in a private sale, and I am glad to say that this was a very good experience. Buying a car is always at least somewhat stressf dealership rather than in a private sale, and I am glad to say that this was a very good experience. Buying a car is always at least somewhat stressful, but the team at Sunrise Toyota North treated me very well and made it pleasant. I first spoke with Ralston, the most experienced on the sales team. From the very start and through to the end, Ralston was welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable - and that was all even before I had decided to purchase the vehicle. Once I had decided, Ralston explained the process to me clearly and thoughtfully, and he took care of my DMV paperwork and plate transfer while I was brought elsewhere. I then spoke with Michael in the financing office. He was clear and forthright in explaining the process and was patient through my many questions. I appreciated his willingness to take the time to explain what I did not recognize or understand right away, and his allowing me the time to read everything along the way. Later on, I spoke with Alan in the insurance office. He called my insurance company to initiate the policy transfer and receive the necessary paperwork. I was witness to this since I had to verbally authorize the insurance policy change. This all took under fifteen minutes. When all was said and done, Ralston was kind enough to give me a thorough orientation of all the vehicle's features and how he himself likes to arrange things - since it turned out he owned three of the same model vehicle! In all, this was a very positive experience. I recommend Sunrise Toyota North, and I recommend working with Ralston, Michael, and Alan. Whenever the day may come when I need another vehicle, I will look to work with this team again. Thank you! More
