Arthur is a very great salesman. He took the time to find the right car for me, and the right price. I knew more or less what the car invoices for and he did not try to sell me at a high rate. He gave me a fair price but for the quality and service I recieved, I felt like it was a steal! Everyone was very delightful at the dealership and very fair, there was no gimmicks or games with these people. The girls at the front desk were very nice as well, and nice to look at =). The finance manager gave me a fair deal for an all inclusive protection package which was in my view a great deal! I was car shopping for over a month, Sunrise VW gave me the money I wanted for my trade and the price I wanted to pay for my car. I would reccomed Arthur or "Arty" to everyone. This dealership was extremely professional in the way they handeled the sale of my brand new ccluxury limited sedan. My salesman Allen Rosenberg was the epitome of patience. We met Allen about four years ago when I purchased a brand new Passat (Wolfberg edition). The car was to die for. It handeled extremely well, hugging the roads and turns here in New Yorkl City with no problems at all. On one occasion during regularly scheduled visits, I would see Allen at the dealership and he would always inquire how I was enjoying my Passat. My response was always positive......And then I saw the cc.....I had to have it! I spoke to Allen on one occasion and told him I might be interested in buying one in the future, he calmly said..."whenever you're ready...let me know". No pressure at all! Wow...really?...from a car salesman? In 2011? His professional and easy going demeanor gave me the time to consider all the factors involved in buying a brand new car. I would like to commend Allen and the entire Sunrise Volkswagon family for making my Volkswagon experience a pleasant one P.S.
