I ask to speak to the general manager who did not have the descency to talk to me. i bought the car for 4500 dollars from a vw dealer and a week later i have to spend one third of what i paid for the car.because i have only been driving vw for the past 20 years. and i thought that there would be a minimum trust behind the dealship brand. I bought my jetta in 2006 and have brought the car in 5 times since buying it for issues with the windshield wipers. To this day 2/2/2011 I am STILL have issues with my windshield wipers stopping in the middle of the windshield in rain, and they have YET to resolve it. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE, or if you do, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPT!!!!!!!! More

Arthur was a very nice guy, walked me through the options, and gave me a good price on a GTI. When I waited to think it through, the next month came in and they weren't as motivated to make a deal. It seems that management pushed back on the great price he was giving, and weren't willing to give me a deal when I wanted to get more options on the car.
