Two years ago I bought a quality used car from Suntrup Hyundai. Upon final inspection before I drove it off the lot, I asked my sales representative if my new car had a regular spare tire and not a run fl Hyundai. Upon final inspection before I drove it off the lot, I asked my sales representative if my new car had a regular spare tire and not a run flat. In the past I've had issues with rentals not having a spare tire or I had 'run flats' which I don't care for. He opened the hatch and indicated the regular spare was in the space indicated. It was in a hidden area which held the tire. Unfortunately, I didn't inspect it and believed him. Recently I had a flat tire. Come to find out I had NO spare at all. I called Hyundai and left a message with a manager to call me back regarding my car. He/She never did. I am absolutely tired of people not doing their job and lacking integrity and professionalism. Now I have to buy an entire wheel which if purchased new is over $600! Suntrup...DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS!! More

The finance person Kelly tried hard to sell stuff I didn't need and had no value. She also tried to sneak in at least 3 different add ons costing thousands of dollars. When her hard sell didn't work, she switched to insults and then a temper tantrum. I got followup from Deanna Weatherford but she didn't even attempt to address my fiance dept complains and just said that's not the experience we want. More
