I was expecting to pay for a replacement or reprogramming, but Bernice in the service department not only swapped out the battery for free, she also came outside with me to make sure the key worked and the car responded properly. That kind of service is rare—friendly, helpful, and truly above and beyond. I’ve owned other cars and visited other dealerships, and nothing compares to the level of care and professionalism Lexus provides. If you are buying a used car from this dealership, make sure that you have it evaluated by a reputable repair shop.
