The service department was far too busy to focus on customer service. Everyone related to the service department process seemed extremely overburdened. From no calls back from the service department following messages left, to misinformation and communication errors from the service call center team (never the same person that answers so no consistency of information), to condescension and apathy from a seeming service lead (upon arrival), to no clear direction for check in. The service itself was not reviewed with me and the pricing was very different from the quote received when I made the appointment (for the baseline service and required maintenance based on mileage). Overall, I would not recommend this dealer for service. More

Arthur did a fine job as a service representative. When he checked me in. He said oh you have to go see Arthur, who was the only other person in the service area. I live in Arizona most of the year and it’s where I purchased my Cadillac. The service provided by the dealerships I work with there is excellent and is what I have come to expect from Cadillac. More

The service experience was lazy and slow. I had an 8am appointment and they were in no hurry to get me checked in until 8:25 and then didn’t inform me my car was done. So I had to call the next morning and then when I showed up, it literally took them 20 min to pull my car around after I completed the paperwork. Shouldn’t it just be ready and parked out front? It seemed like the staff didn’t care. More
