Absolutely Horrible Experience — Avoid This Dealership I came in to drop off my vehicle for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and it turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever came in to drop off my vehicle for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and it turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The service advisor, Arman, was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending from the moment I walked in. He spoke to me as if I was completely clueless and made no effort to explain anything respectfully. When I asked about available coupons, he said he’d check, but when I called back after comparing prices and finding that GMC of Simi Valley offered the exact same service $70 cheaper, his attitude became even worse—clearly irritated that I dared to price match. When I asked about using another coupon for an additional service (an air filter replacement), he flatly refused without any explanation. Instead of explaining that coupons can’t be stacked and I would need to return for a separate service visit, he barked, “I’m not doing it,” with zero explanation beyond, “I already adjusted the price.” When I requested a manager, Arman claimed I could meet “Dave” in 30 minutes—yet, unsurprisingly, Dave had vanished by the time I arrived, leaving only a hastily printed price sheet. I pointed out I’d gladly return for the second couponable service (I need warranty work on a faulty sun visor anyway). Arman shrugged and offered no solution. Just for the record the coupon would have offered an additional $12.50 off the entire bill (it wasn’t about the price so much anymore it was about the abhorrent service). Even worse, when I insisted on a printed bill to confirm the “matched” price, he discovered it was still wrong—proving they were over-charging me until the very last minute. Bottom line: rude advisor, broken price-match promise, and blatant over-charging. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional, argumentative behavior in a customer-facing role. If you value respectful service and transparent pricing, steer clear of this dealership and head to Alexander Buick GMC in Simi Valley instead. More
Juan and the service team are incredible. They keep you informed every step of the way when your car is in for service. So trusting and open. They keep you informed every step of the way when your car is in for service. So trusting and open. More

Erik at swickard has been a huge help to me. My Escalade has been in the shop for almost 10 MONTHS. I brought it in to another dealership for an oil change and a transmission issue. Things snow My Escalade has been in the shop for almost 10 MONTHS. I brought it in to another dealership for an oil change and a transmission issue. Things snowballed from there. They discovered that my engine was trash. It was replaced. Twice. The motor mounts also required replacement. This took 6 months. The original transmission issue remained. I took it to Beverly Hills Cadillac. They failed, instead replacing the shocks and struts. Another month and a half. Don’t go there. Finally, Erik and his guys figured out the problem and worked with me and the warranty company to get it fixed. Go there. Talk to Erik. He’ll get you fixed up. Great guy. I would, however, recommend against buying Cadillac. After the second engine replacement, they should have offered me a buyback. They did not. They offered me a $5000 credit towards a new Cadillac. I declined. I’ll not buy another Cadillac or any GM product after owning GM exclusively since I got my license in 1986. To sum up: Swickard service and Erik-wonderful. GM-Garbage. Avoid. More
