The positive is they had an excellent preowned car at an excellent price and were receptive to my negotiating an even better price. The negative is they tried to sneak in an extra $1600 in xxxxxxxx fees th excellent price and were receptive to my negotiating an even better price. The negative is they tried to sneak in an extra $1600 in xxxxxxxx fees that I caught them on. They pushed the warranty which I thought made sense, but again it was ridiculously marked up, that we were able to negotiate for much less. The other negatives were we ended up waiting for well over an hour and the mgr kept saying it would be any minute. Finally when I came back to pick up the car 2 days later to pick it up , I still had to wait another hour. On a final note the finance guy, Mike, was a knowledgeable and decent guy. More

Horrible. After service they refuse to call me back. Left messages 5/6 times. Changed me for replacing engine and cabin filters on my last oil change. Then After service they refuse to call me back. When I questioned why, they won’t give me answer. My guess is the work was never done in the first place. Left mutitlple messages with many different people. And can’t get a call back to explain.. Only respoonce back was asking for a review. Here it is. Either your diagnostic is xx or your trying to scam customers. More

I really have to THANK EDIN! !!!! For being so patient with me and taking the time to explain everything to me. I didn’t know what to do once I found out my car needed a new engin !!!! For being so patient with me and taking the time to explain everything to me.
