Deceptive and fraudulent. The dealership lied and promised that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and it was in top condition. The second day having the vehicle the check engine light came on. I've taken it in multiple times and they haven't resolved the issue, even after I paid for repairs. I'm going to keep this short. They refused to honor their word and I have them on audio recordings There are too many issues to explain here alone. I will be seeking legal counsel. More

we don’t care about the Better Business reviews they had an F on their own review system until I pointed it out to them and then they removed it. Better Business Bureau is a scam. We’ve sold over 1000 cars an F on their own review system until I pointed it out to them and then they removed it. Better Business Bureau is a scam. We’ve sold over 1000 cars and had very few complaints were very upfront about anything we know vehicles are made by man not by God every one I’m gonna break. That’s why the new car manufacturers put a warranty on them. More

I live about an hour and 45 min from this dealership and we called in advance to look at the 2012 Honda civic. Being told that it was still there and could go look at it. Once we got there we were told it w we called in advance to look at the 2012 Honda civic. Being told that it was still there and could go look at it. Once we got there we were told it was sold the other day. I set a appointment up at 9 that morning being told it was still there. When it was not. And already sold. Since I scheduled a appointment I kept getting text messages constantly and getting phone calls wondering if I still wanted to check out the car when I was already there that morning. Even the people who were trying to help didn't even know this car had already been sold. When i got home i got another phone call from this company asking if i was still interested in this car and the lady seemed shocked i told her i was there that morning and the car was sold. I drove an hour and 45 min to just get there with hopes that they had the car I've always wanted to it being sold. Horrible. Very disappointed. The employees not even knowing the car had been sold and still trying to sell it. Horrible business. I will never look for a car there again or trust this place for a car. More
