However, my experience left me shockingly satisfied. From the moment I got out of my car, his smile and enthusiasm was contagious and made me optimistic about my choice to do business with Tallahassee DCJ. Despite my specific demands, Will was extremely patient and didn't fail to address all of my questions and concerns with excellent attention to detail. I am absolutely in love with my "new to me" Altima, as well as the cost that I purchased it for. I would recommend Tallahassee DCJ to anyone looking to purchase a new (or used) vehicle and also highly encourage you to speak with Will! Thanks again! More

Well Tallahassee Dodge managed to do it again!! About a week ago My father and I was given a call from this dealership asking us about the previous services that we received from them and my father told th week ago My father and I was given a call from this dealership asking us about the previous services that we received from them and my father told them that he was very displeased with their service department and the sale of his third vehicle from them. A young man by the name of Alvie called us back on this situation asking us to give Dodge another chance to make the situation better but of course that did not occur. My father was completely done with Dodge after a young man by the name of Robert Davis swindle him into buying a 2010 Dodge Calber that was sold to us for $20,000 and the vehicle at that time was only worth $12,500. When we went to the dealership in the beginning about a year and a half ago we requested a SUV and Mr.Davis insisted on this vehicle even after we told him what we wanted. Now thanks to him it is impossible for my father and I to trade the vehicle because of the negative equity in the vehicle and also the vehicle was involved in an accident that was almost fatal because these cars cannot handle the impact of a rear end crash. Also he knew that these vehicles were going to be discontinued because Dodge was one of the companies suffering during the time that the auto industry had their ordeal. So the 2008,2009, and the 2010 Dodge Calbers were discontiued because of this situation. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing that they got over on hard working individuals. So because my father told the dodge reprensentative that Dodge left a bad taste in his mouth and that he did not want to deal with Robert Davis ever again they decided to have a young man by the name of Alvie to contact us asking us to return to the dealership to see if we could rectify the situation and of course we did not. Alvie had no knowledge of the features in any of the vehicles, nor did he let me choose the vehicle of my choice. Now because my father told them that we did not want to go over a certain price or change the payment amount that we are already paying they started bringing out vehicles that I would never be interested in such as the Chrysler 200, the jeep patriot, and the compass. After I told Alvie that I would just keep the Calber and pay it off and purchase something I wanted from another dealer he then told us that the floor manager would come out and talk to us more in deatail, big mistake this young man by the name of Sean comes out and tells us that the Calber at the time we purchased it was sold at $20,000 and that we were not swindled which I still disagree with. He then asked what it was that we were interested in and I told him an SUV. So after them wasting our whole Friday he then came back to the table with a Jeep Liberty which was very nice but wanted my dad to give them a large down payment plus the Calber. Now they had already taken advantage of the us a year ago but then thought that we would be stupid enough to let them do it again. I told my father then that lets just keep the car and pay it off and I would just go take my chances at the auction and get a better vehicle than I received at Tallahassee Dodge. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone because they are a rip off. They have five stars at the top of the sign but it really needs to be two. I don't wish bad things upon people but I hope the next time I pass by this dealership that there is a for sale sign out front and that there sorry vehicles are sent to an auction to be sold for the correct amounts. Signed still a very dissatisfied customer!!! More
I dropped my truck off for service (the ole girl is getting on in year's). I figured I would also check out the used trucks as I'm in the market to replace rather than keep repairing. Started seriousl getting on in year's). I figured I would also check out the used trucks as I'm in the market to replace rather than keep repairing. Started seriously talking about two trucks in particular with Tom McCray. Not only was he non-receptive of what I was looking for but he was terrible at customer service. While sitting at his desk to discuss prices for the two possible vehicles he stopped to text and to take a call while I sat there in awkward silence. The final straw was when Mr. McCray noticed an older couple walk into the dealership he actually looked at me, said excuse me one sec then proceeded to walk up to them and start chatting. It was obviously nothing important and he clearly showed what he thought of my business. I was at first taken a back, however when he continued just chatting with them in clear sight and earshot of me at his desk for over 5 min, I began to get a little peeved. Not once did Mr. McCray look back over to me or consider returning to discuss my business. I am not typically a person who is easily offended, this however was such a blatant slap in the face to me that I am actually reviewing the employee on here. After sitting there in stunned silence I decided that perhaps my lowly business would be recieved better at another company. I dejectedly stood up from his desk tried to gather my self respect and slowly walked out the door. Here's a tip, teach your employees to respect people and then you may actually get business, it may perhaps be too late for mine. If on the off chance a person from the dealership notices this message I would welcome discussing this further. More
