I brought an ARI fleet vehicle in for service, a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country (Grand Caravan) because of an exhaust leak. I also needed an oil change so I dropped the vehicle off on the quick service Chrysler Town and Country (Grand Caravan) because of an exhaust leak. I also needed an oil change so I dropped the vehicle off on the quick service side and told them about the leak. I was told to go across the parking lot and schedule service. I spoke with Shannon and told her that I was from Jacksonville but was working that day at a local hospital. I requested the courtesy vehicle to drop me off and also told Sharron that I would need to be picked up. She was very nice and had a courtesy vehicle drop me off at work. I called Sharron at 1400 to check the status of the vehicle. She said she didn't know anything yet but would call me back in 30 to 40 minutes. I didn't hear back from her so I called again at 1645 knowing that they closed at 1800. Shannon told me they weren't sure where the leak was coming from and recommended changing the rear exhaust manifold and the cross over pipe for about $800. I told her why are you telling me this, you should be dealing with ARI. She sounded shocked and didn't know it was a fleet vehicle even though the oil change had already been preformed and paid for by ARI at the same dealership. The vehicle was still drivable so I told her I would just come and get it and would she please send the courtesy vehicle for me. Shannon told me that the vehicle stops running at 1700 and she had no one available to come and get me. My response was: So you’re stranding me here and basically telling me I'm SOL... Her response was why are you being rude to me, I did you a favor getting your vehicle in today in the first place... I said that I wasn't intending to be rude but do you realize that I am now stranded in Tallahassee and the only thing that she could recommend for me was to call Enterprise rental and have them pick me up. I was fuming at this point; I don't really know anyone in Tallahassee and had to take a $40 cab ride back to the dealership to pick up the van. They didn't even wait around for me; they left my vehicle in the lot unlocked with the key under the mat. To top everything off Shannon left a card in the vehicle to give the dealership a review. When I logged on to the site and entered the code it was invalid. Coincidence? Next day: I took the vehicle to Tuffy Auto Service Center. Steve had my vehicle diagnosed, parts ordered for the next day and I was on my way in about 45 minutes. The leak was found in the cross over pipe, Steve said it was obvious and was surprised that another mechanic missed such a common break. Why I have given such a poor rating: Bottom line, Tallahassee Dodge is terrible. I can not believe the substandard level of service and commitment at a dealership. Completely unacceptable… More

Paul Falzone was very attentive, professional and understanding regarding my situation. I live 66 miles (one way) from dealership and needed my vehicles AC serviced expeditiously due to the fact of understanding regarding my situation. To my surprise I barely finished one of the free donuts and coffee provided for customers when he came thru the door with my key in hand and a smile on his face and I was on my way in air conditioned comfort. He explained the problem to me in simple, easy to understand layman’s terminology. Randy and Eddie are wonderful in their customer service skills! Sadly this is hard to come by any more. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful at every step of the way when it came to having a lift skills! Sadly this is hard to come by any more. They stepped up and made the service happen after another employee dropped the ball in the begining. We appreciate the kindness and service they personally offered. I have received a bill and not received the service. Service dept has a lot to learn about pleasing customers. The sale was not a pleasure. Fixing an out of alignment has never been fixed. I went to Tally Dodge,Chrysler, Jeep after my other vehicle had been totalled. The other people's insurance only let me have a rental car for 7 days. I first met with Tony Mac on a Saturday and he showed me all my options on the lot with my wants and needs within my price range. Being a previous happy Jeep owner I was drawn to the Jeeps. I purchased my 2012 Jeep patriot from Tony. He did a magnificent job dealing with me and my mother (who lives 2 hours away!). He worked out the details, got me a great interest rate and even took care of overnighting paperwork to my mom (as she cosigned) to get the necessary signatures. I greatly appreciate Tony for doing a great job with the logistics of this sale. He even returned my rental car for me! I love my new rescue green Jeep! (aka Peabody) More

I can only hope the service staff are just as wonderful. I had my Durango for right at 8 years and while she was a great, reliable vehicle I wanted something a little more economical at the gas pump but still needed the roominess that I enjoyed previously. It'll take some getting used to with all the new gadgets and what not but I think the Nitro is going to be great and I was so proud to drive her home today. He explained the process of my service and walked me through the entire operation of how to use the equipment that was installed on my vehicle. I had several questions and not once did Mr. Jones hesitate to answer nor did he ever grow frustrated with my repetitive concerns and/or questions. There was a delay in the arrival of the equipment for my vehicle but Mr. Jones assured me that any inconvenices this delay may cause on my part would certainly be taken care of – and they were. My vehicle looks great and I am overwhelmingly pleased with my visit and purchase at your dealership. If I could have Mr. Jones be in charge of any additional visits and/or service appointments that may occur at your dealership I would be one the happiest people in Tallahassee because I know that he would take very good care of me.
