For used vehicles with higher mileage, our undercoating service is intended primarily for sound dampening and noise reduction rather than long-term corrosion protection, and we regret if expectations were not clearly aligned. Glen, our Service Manager, has attempted to reach out to discuss your concerns. At this time, we do not see undercoating listed on the repair order, and the service advisor does not recall a request for that service. That said, we would very much like the opportunity to gather more information and review this further.
