Great service ,friendly Service was great....but while I was waiting I thought I would go look at the new cars in the showroom. There were 4 salespersons all at their desks.. Really Great Experience! Brought car in for a repair on the front for a clicking noise. Dakota noticed my tires were pretty shot which I knew and she explained the price match Brought car in for a repair on the front for a clicking noise. Dakota noticed my tires were pretty shot which I knew and she explained the price match that they do against anyone so I showed her pricing from tire rack and they matched the price so I had them replace my tires as well as the repair work. When they dismounted the tires they noticed the finish was coming off the wheels and went ahead and took pictures and called ford who ended up replacing all 4 wheels under warranty! I was happy and thankful that Dakota and team went above and beyond to pay attention to detail like that and get the defective wheels replaced!! More

On the one hand, the service department delivered the car in a timely fashion and did recommend a number of services which needed to be performed. The service department advisor was very responsive by text message in response to questions about the services and the delivery of the vehicle. However, the billing listed 3 items twice so I would have overpaid over $125 if I had not reviewed the bill carefully. While mistakes like this can happen, it has happened to me before at this dealership which now leads me to believe that they do it on purpose. Either that, or someone needs to modify their invoicing system so this doesn't happen or the service advisor takes the time to review the invoice for duplicate charges. More
Great Experience My experience with Colin was nothing less than wonderful. Since I do not live in Connecticut, Colin was willing to do 90% of the transaction over the phone. Other dealers told me I had to come in and see them to discuss the car. When Ford had a delay in building my car, Colin offered me an additional discount on the car. I was shocked. I thought I was going to get the "it's not our problem" scenario. He kept me informed throughout the entire process which is something I really appreciated. When I finally picked up the car (Ruby Red Ecoboost Premium Convertible with the Pony Package and Showstopper Red Interior with the Safety Package and Adaptive Cruise Control and 201a package) and drove it home, I noticed that Ford forgot to place in the car, tonneau caps required with their convertibles as well as VIN etching that was not placed on my windows. At this point I was worried that I was going to get the "run-around" from the dealership. Once again, Colin proved to be a paragon of virtue. He apologized profusely and made sure that I received the caps as well as completed the VIN etching. While VIN etching can be free, I decided to pay for it since it came with an insurance policy which guaranteed a payment, in case of theft. He did offer a refund for the VIN etching, but I declined. By the way, at no point was I pressured to buy anything I did not want. If all dealerships had people like Colin, I think it would be such a great service to customers. Too many dealers out there look to take advantage of customers. I highly recommend Tasca Ford, and if possible, make sure you get Colin. More
