They used to have great service but Louie and Tony are gone and Donna is trying to squeeze every penny she can from the customer. I was told that I would need to wait 3 weeks to have a front end suspension problem repaired that rendered a less than one year old Lincoln that I paid over $50,000 undriveable. Apparently, Donna and the ownership feel this is appropriate for premium service. Ford -- If you want a luxury brand, you need luxury service. This dealership is a prime example of why Lincoln will never equal BMW, Lexus, MB or the other true luxury brands. If you buy a Lincoln and need service go to White Plains Lincoln. They are locally owned and run and only sell Lincoln. They seem to value their customers. Unlike Donna and the ownership at Smith Cairns. This dealership has a great location, but that's about it. Scheduled appt for a new lease on a vehicle 3 days prior to visit and they didn't even have the in the lot. Claimed someone had taken it to a different lot which was B.S...! The same issues over and over kept on reappearing and when we would bring the truck back in for the same problem which we already paid to fix, thier work was never under warranty. Ford is suppose to stand by thier product and dealers hahahahha .... when you spend 10,000 to fix one truck and the same part becomes no good or defective and the dealer thinks of an excuse like too many idling hours then you know your being ripped off ... DO NOT GO TO THIS DELAER YOU WILL REGRET IT TRUST ME.... More
