The entire team was extremely personable, honest, and transparent which is extremely important when it comes to the car buying process. We will definitely refer friends and family in the future to work with Yardley. We are so happy with our 2021 Sorento! More
Don't bother bringing your vehicle in for a recall. You will be told a lie by kia that there is no remedy for such recall. The fact is that kia ...1. does not want to take the time to do such recall. Their techs are not smart enough to handle such recall. Unlike Toyota techs who will take the time. 3. Can the desk people not pick up the phone after seeing the appt roster and what each appt is for and call the customer and explain the situation before you drive down there then get told..sorry. we don't care that you drove down here in the morning on your day off. We would rather not care and not call the customer as a courtesy. 4. Why would a company put up a recall if your techs are not smart enough or savvy enough to find a remedy. Don't bother putting a recall up if your dumb company does not want to fix it. I will now sell my kia and go back to Toyota who will take the time to solve such appts. DONE WITH KIA. More
