Working with Diego was to say the least unpleasant. Rude, unprofessional & improperly trained. I purchased a 2022 Taos with tire insurance. I called 3 days prior and spoke with parts dept. to make sur Rude, unprofessional & improperly trained. I purchased a 2022 Taos with tire insurance. I called 3 days prior and spoke with parts dept. to make sure the tire was in stock or can he ordered. Diego called me legitimately 7 mins after I left to tell me that I need to find the company my tire insurance is under. I am fully aware that information can be accessed in their system through my warranty. How would I have that information when it is his job as the service advisor to figure that out 0/10 recommend. I have gotten tires changed on the past and it was never that difficult nor took over 24 hours. More

The service advisor and technician were both courteous , friendly , and made sure my scheduled maintenance was taken care of in a timely manner . I was bringing my new car in for service but mistakenly driven to the sales location which was not open yet instead of its service center. I called the service department and spoke to Florence. She told me not to worry and to drive safely to the service center a couple of miles away. I was impressed by the care she showed me. Made the appointment in time and the service was completed while I waited. More
Florence was not friendly. After I turned in my car I realized that I left my lunch bag in the car. I asked her if she can get it for me.
