He was terrible, gave us a ridiculous interest rate even though our credit was excellent, he was rude, and gave us misinformation regarding the payment options. We left extremely frustrated and unsatisfied. The next couple of days were filled with phone calls from the manager and Tina apologizing for their analysts behavior and we decided to give them a second go but with another finance guy. the second time around Was excellent and we walked away with our dream car!
