I was prepared for lengthy, tough negotiations, but found that the price on the Dodge 1500 I bought was terrific, the trade in offer so fair and transparent that it was what I wanted to see, and it was all done in minimal time--which was respect for MY time. Tina made sure she understood every aspect of what I was looking for and anticipated my requirements outstandingly well, and I ended up with a truck whose controls were so well thought out and where I expected that when I drove it home for the first time that night in the dark, it was as though I had 100,000 miles on this brand new truck, and it was a smoother, more comfortable ride than my 2014 Pilot trade in!. You can't beat that for fit. The finance process always takes more time, but this was also very fast, the various options clearly explained, and my choices were easy to make. In short, it was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had, bar none. More
