Worked us in and no charge! We were traveling cross country and had a problem with out taillights which was very scary because we are hauling a 27 ft travel trailer. They worked us in on a Saturday and found a missing fuse which they replaced at no charge. Another couple traveling thru had an electrical problem and were so impressed that the service department responded so efficiently. The receptionist was incredibly personable and the service manager was great showing us how to get to the secondary fuse box (not so easy) and explaining what caused the problem. Great experience and we’re back on the road after a short delay on a Saturday afternoon! More

Prolonged survice. Tates Ford in Holbrook AZ is over all dingy, water stains all over the celing. No soap dispenser in mens room. A secluded oil change took one hour and 45 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting we were told we were next in line for the wash. After 15 minutes we were told there were 2 ahead of us? Not sure how that works. Anyway the whole experience was bad. Glad we are from Michigan and won't have to deal with them again. Time for Ford to do some inspections of there dealerships. This place was run and looked more like a old truck stop... More

Tates Hobrook Service can't fix anything I took my Jeep into Tates to have repaired. They kept it for over a week. They put all different types of new parts in it. I picked it up only to find it was doing the same exact thing. They have NO IDEA what to do to repair the problem. I spoke to Rick Berry their GM about it. He is very arrogant and wanted to keep throwing parts at it.DO NOT USE TATES FOR ANYTHING More
