I purchased a vehicle from Taylor Auto Sales in Apri, and it's been nothing but trouble since. The salesmen, Braden and Ryan, acknowledged multiple issues with the vehicle and promised to fix them. These inc it's been nothing but trouble since. The salesmen, Braden and Ryan, acknowledged multiple issues with the vehicle and promised to fix them. These included major things like the front struts, rear shocks, door locks, cruise control, and sensors. They assured me they would take care of everything, but now they won’t respond to my calls or messages. The owner of the dealership, Scott, has been incredibly rude and disrespectful every time I’ve had to deal with him. It's beyond frustrating that I can't even get the necessary paperwork to register my vehicle or have it repaired to the condition it was promised to be in. After multiple attempts to resolve this, all I’m left with is a vehicle full of issues and zero support from the dealership. I would highly advise anyone considering purchasing from this business to be cautious. They don’t keep their word and seem to have no interest in actually helping customers once the sale is made. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and service. I will never return and cannot recommend this business to anyone. More
