I bought my car from the used side and have only taken it to their service department for all its needs (which was only oil changes and new tires). We hit the 100,000 mile and decided to take it in and have to their service department for all its needs (which was only oil changes and new tires). We hit the 100,000 mile and decided to take it in and have all fluids and spark plugs, wires (everything Chevy recommended at this time). They had it for about 4-5 days. After day 2 of driving the car I noticed at a stop the car was trying to stall. We took it back, they found the technician didnt seat a gasket properly and thats why it was doing it. A few weeks later took it back in because now the car will "jump" when accelerating. They had it for another 4 days, each day our update from them was we dont know what is going on. On the 5th day they called to tell us it would cost us $3500.00 to replace a sensor. When questioned if this could have been caused by the original technician error we got no answer except let me have the service manager look into it. We took the car home. It has now been 4 days no call even with us contacting them looking for an update. This is terrible customer service and one way to lose a customer and possibly others! More
These garbage people will take advantage of you anytime they get a chance. I only bring my vehicle to Taylor Chevrolet but every time I go in there they try to charge me for something that I don’t need. I they get a chance. I spent $1200 on a xxxxing tuneup fluids flushes whatever needed to be done. Take it back three days later because the garbage xxxxing mechanic didn’t hook up the spark plugs or wires properly Two weeks later I’m back again and now they tell me I need a new transmission they want me to spend another $3500. Guess what I’m not going to do. I’m not going to ever shop at Taylor Chevrolet ever ever again this place is trash. I should’ve known better More
I can't begin to express my appreciation for the entire service team at Taylor Chevrolet. I was 4 hours from home on the first day of a business trip and the windshield wipers in my 2022 Tahoe quit working service team at Taylor Chevrolet. I was 4 hours from home on the first day of a business trip and the windshield wipers in my 2022 Tahoe quit working during inclement weather. I pulled into the dealership and told them about the issue, and they jumped on it immediately. The entire staff understood my challenges and were able to get me back on the road within an hour. More
