Service Had my wife’s oil change done and had a little longer wait than we usually do but all seemed well. We were treated with respect by Service Comsultant Had my wife’s oil change done and had a little longer wait than we usually do but all seemed well. We were treated with respect by Service Comsultant Nelda. She is the best. My wife was satisfied with her car yet she had one concern regarding the mechanics work. We arrived home and noticed an oil leak which I believe is coming from the car frame. We are still unsure but it seems to be less drops in our garage daily. Might have to take the Traverse back to check it out as soon as we have time. It shouldn’t be leaking because it just hit 9000 miles last we so it’s paractically new. The mechanic who did the oil change simply needs to clean up his mess or slow down because I looked under the Traverse and he make a terrible mess. More
