Salesman was great but his hands were tied as far as decisions on anything. We bought a used vehicle and after getting it home noticed so much wrong that 3 days later going back they don't want to help decisions on anything. Just the safety issues of 2 lights & tire pressure sensors. Will be only time we shop here. Very disappointed but still like vehicle. UPDATE: JUNE 2022 Team Chevrolet did not offer to fix this truck they sold us with prior damage. Their body shop wants to charge us over $1700.00 for the prior owners damage. They should have never sold this truck to anyone. We regret it and are going to contact a lawyer. I'll make sure I spread the word on their customer service and selling screwed up vehicles. We purchased a used vehicle and were offered the Zurich warranty for 10 oil change and tire rotation. I arrived for the appointment 15 mins ahead of time of appointment. After 2 hours of waiting, I was to warranty for 10 oil change and tire rotation. I arrived for the appointment 15 mins ahead of time of appointment. After 2 hours of waiting, I was told there was a mixup and they had not begun working on my car. When service was completed, I was shown a picture of a transmission line that needed attention. I asked the service advisor, if they wiped the line clean. He responded why? Stating that I could godown the road and say that the service had caused damage. I was told the line was not leaking, but had shown signs that there was a issue. I told the service advisor I would take the vehicle to my personal mechanic to have it checked out. I drove the car home, it sat for one week. A large pile of oil was under the car. Took the car to a oil service store, they informed me the oil filter was very loose, and needed to be tightened. I have 9 more free oil changes, but after the experience I have had, I would rather forfeit the free oil changes than haveTeam Service work on my car. My service advisor, Shane Forester, was very professional until I said the said the blow back on the transmission line was something I would let my mechanic look at and not allow Team to charge me $500 to repair. Could Team had intentionally not tightened the oil filter to cause me to return for service, I do not know. I do know I do not recommend Team Chevrolet for service on a vehicle. More
Really disappointed! Started the process of buying a car. Car was in another location at Team they offered to bring car to Salisbury for us to see it but we were required to give a 1000.00 non refundab car. Please read the small pint see below : Prices do not include charges for tax, tag, title, $798 administrative fee or $498 Zurich Protection package. All pricing reflects $1,000 trade assistance incentive and $1,500 Down Payment Assistance - They were adding to the price if the vehicle 1,000 because there was no trade in. (Really)! We didn’t need the down payment assistance but that also was added back in. Communication was terrible. All they were concerned with was how long I wanted to finance and what I needed my monthly payment to be. Be aware ! Received several calls from them after we left trying to finalize the deal . No Way ! Be honest and up front with people. More
I was recently stranded on a Saturday by a dead battery in Salsbury while passing through the area (I am from Virginia). Chris in service was awesome! Obviously this was the first time I had done business with them, but if this situation was any indication of how they treat their regular customers in service, would highly recommend them to anyone living in the area. I found a car on their website called them and went to purchase. Once I got there and started paperwork the jacked the price up $1,000. Long story short they are liers and false advertise. I purchased a used car they had online, they advertised on their website and on ebay. I clicked buy it now, then I got a turse email, with no explanation that they cancelled the deal. I called the dealership, talked to a few people including who they said was the dealer principal. It seems they sold the car twice. Never even said sorry. They gave me some excuse that the internet guy was out of town, but I have a sold invoice that they are not going to honor. The car was a VW they were selling. Still was on their site when they claimed it was sold twice. More

Went in because they had a 2020 Silverado rst demo with 7k miles on it listed online for $39,999. I wanted to trade in my 2018 Chevy malibu premier with 39,400 miles. They wanted to give me $9,000 for it a 7k miles on it listed online for $39,999. I wanted to trade in my 2018 Chevy malibu premier with 39,400 miles. They wanted to give me $9,000 for it and told me if I wanted the $16,000 appraisal, I would “ lose” the sale price and go back to the listed price of $51,000. They were trying to make their money back because the truck had so bit of rebates being a demo. Don’t trust them, have family that runs dealerships so I know when they are trying to sneak stuff by me. Don’t go to this dealership not trust the sales team. Also I asked for a copy of the offer sheet or to take a picture of it and was denied. Not good business More
