I ran over a large screw that punctured my tire last night. I contacted Eric Schneider in the Service Dept. this morning to see if he had two tires. I arrived at the dealership two hours later where he took my vehicle to replace all four tires. Not only did they replace my tires they went above and beyond and completed the multi-point inspection and recommended that my dirty engine and cabin filters be replaced. They were patient, professional, and never made us feel rushed or pressured, unlike other dealerships. They took the time to answer all of our questions and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Augustine was especially transparent and straightforward—there were no games with numbers. When I asked for the out-the-door pricing, he provided exactly what I needed. At other dealerships, we experienced situations where one thing was promised over the phone and something completely different happened in person. That did not happen at Team Gillman Honda North, which we truly appreciated. Alex was also wonderful in the finance office—polite, efficient, and helpful in getting everything wrapped up smoothly. We even had an unexpected situation come up during the purchase, and the entire team was incredibly patient and willing to work with us.
