Team One Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Gadsden

For the second time we have taken our 2013 Dodge Durango Citadel to this T1 CDJ. Again we have been given the run around by the Service Department! Our vehicle was dropped off on Monday 3/2/2026, it is no Citadel to this T1 CDJ. Again we have been given the run around by the Service Department! Our vehicle was dropped off on Monday 3/2/2026, it is now 3/6/2026. No calls, inquiries or messages of any kind from the "stealership"! Wife goes to the steelership, and is told they have no record of our vehicle being delivered. Oddly her name and the vehicle are in the system for diagnostic work to be performed. Upon wandering the lot, surprise, there sits our vehicle!!!!! Technician, do you have the key? Wife's response, it was left with the tow truck driver........key is located under the drivers side floor mat!!!!!!! Service Department representative proceeds to state "no one was informed your vehicle was delivered!" Wife's response, "a strange vehicle is in your parking and has been a week and no one check about it?!?!?!?" Everyone was blamed except the staff at T1 CDJ Gadsden. Then they proceed to tell her they are backed up in Service and it will be a week to 10 days before it can be brought in for diagnostic service!!!!!! Instead of taking responsibility and moving us up in the Service order, she was told they couldn't do that and that complaining would do no good because complaining has gotten nowhere with anyone in management or corporate!!!!! Not sure how to approach this issue, well I am but unfortunately at this time I am working 900 miles from Gadsden and can't deal with this personally! That will be solved by next weekend upon my return to Gadsden.......... More

I sent 3 emails last week to Will, left a voicemail message for TJ last week, Called yesterday left a voicemail message with Will and called today and got a voicemail again for a sales manager. If you are counting on good customer service and communication after the purchase, keep looking for another dealership to shop at. You won't get it here. After having my car for 3 months now, I can say this dealership is NOT customer service friendly. Paid for my used Avalon with personal check/cash pay on November 5th, 2025 and after 3 months, still don't have my title. Driving my car on an expired dealer tag. Can't register it with the state until I receive my title. I've had to file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and now I've had to escalate my grievance to the Alabama Attorney Generals Office: Consumer Protection Division. BUYER BEWARE!! Dealership states they sent the title to me on December 1st, 2025. I purchased the car 11/05/2025. Car was listed for sale on 10/30/2025. The next registration / renewal event is 01/19/2026, two and half months after I purchased it. The title is also being reported with 14,582 odometer mileage discrepancy. No communication from the dealership directly since my complaints with the BBB, and Alabama Attorney General's Office. If you are shopping for a new or used car, please do your due diligence. This is not the place to purchase one. More
