I started looking to replace my Honda in March of this year. My lease was up in June and I knew I wouldn't renew it with Honda. Even though I wasn't buying right then, he didn't pressure me AT ALL. In fact, Rich Magaziner said "Call me any time, I'll be glad to answer your questions". Well, I took him up on that and over the next couple of months I spoke to him several times, and always felt like he had my personal interests ahead of his own. At the end of each call he would say "call me anytime if you have questions". Well, needless to say I leased my Toyota Camry LE from Rich Magaziner. I am so pleased with this car. On the day I drove it off the lot, Rich Magaziner went over every detail of operation and I left there feeling confident and sure that I had made the right decision. He also spoke very highly of their repair department, encouraging me to get my service with them, which I will definately do. What more can I say? Rich Magaziner and Toyota and top notch in my book!
