Amazing Dealership with Unbeatable Prices! We had the pleasure of buying a 2004 Honda Civic from Tennessee Direct in 2013. At the time of purchase the dealership had only been open for a few mo We had the pleasure of buying a 2004 Honda Civic from Tennessee Direct in 2013. At the time of purchase the dealership had only been open for a few months. Chad was simply AMAZING! he came in on a day that the dealership was closed and spent about six hours with us test driving and going over finance options. Unfortunately, we were unable to get financed that day but Chad promised he would be in touch the following week and promised he would make sure we were able to purchase the vehicle we had chosen. Two days later, on a Tuesday, Chad called and said he was able to find a lender that would finance us... once at the dealership we were in and out in less then thirty minutes in the vehicle we chose and with the payments being under what we had budgeted for. About a year and a half later, once we had paid off the 2004 Honda Civic, we were in the market for another vehicle and Tennessee Direct was our first and only stop!!! Chad worked around our busy work schedule to make sure we were able to take a look at his inventory and test drive a couple vehicles. That same evening, after a few test drives, we left in a 2007 Toyota Prius. Now, nearly three years later, both of the vehicles are still running strong. We have never experienced any problems with either vehicle. This coming August we plan to buy our third vehicle from Tennessee Direct! In addition we have referred over twenty friends and family members to Tennessee Direct. Out of the twenty referrals, nine of them purchased a vehicle. They only have positive things to say about their experience dealing with Tennessee Direct. As long as I am living here in Tennessee or one of the surrounding states I will only purchase future vehicles from Tennessee Direct. If you or someone you know are in the market to buy, or simply just looking, I highly recommend this being your first stop! He walked me to the bathroom knowing I had a long drive and then showed me the car. He passed me off to his brother Colton who took great care of me.
